Good grief!

Now we are reduced to comparing malls !

.
If you are not dumb enough, you may check it on google. Anyway, I do not care what you think.
Show him man! I know it is Bangalore or Delhi, where else? These fellows underestimates India. In a small state like Kerala, we have malls spread across tier-2 and tier-3 cities and towns. In some towns with just 50,000 or so population has 2-3 malls and hypermarkets. Pretty sad that India means Moradabad, Meerut, Bareilley, Lucknow for these Pakistanis. Many of them, seems to have their focus only on Uttar Pradesh cities. Nothing beyond that.

Pakistani :lock:are bigger than Indian :lock: too

these useless structures (I am hoping) will pay for water for people...again I am only hoping because govt incomes comes from economic activity....other wise the only water govt can provide is 18th century water wells and Lal Bahadur style food.

when I went to MEGA mall in Pindi, most stores were Pakistani designer stores and due to international competition more and more quality Pakistani brands are coming in the market.

Asalamu Alaikum

You don't need to build such extravagant structures to gain an income, a regular shop would suffice. In fact, it would be more cost effective.

Quality. And it shows that pakistan’s market is too underdeveloped to support international luxury brands.

I just went to Brooks Brothers store and I was shocked at their prices. Mens shirts are starting at Rs.10000. It is premium cotton and it is made in India and yet the prices are what you would find in foreign countries.

Walakun Assalam, you are living in 21st century, you need to compete or you will be eaten, just like you cannot defend yourself with swords anymore same thing goes with economy that you cannot compete with the world by producing bare minimum just enough food to stay alive.

.
My favorite is Emporium Mall; excellent structure, spacious and well-equipped. Never get bored there.

.
Mall culture started in Pakistan in 90s and they have developed so fast recently saw a Boulevard Mall in Hyderabad, Sindh and get shocked its really huge and beautiful and modern and comparable to any other mall in the world.
