It may be because of a mentality where the Villain were depicted as hero and thieves were shown better than police like some old Bollywood movies. People need an education. Our subcontinent is ruined because of this mentality. Fortunately in India, because of the movement like Anna and swami Ramdev and very transparent governance of Some very good chief ministers like Modi, Shivraj Manohar and Ramansingh people have realized the difference between vote bank politics and welfare politics. In Pakistan too, somebody need to provide an example before the public. Once the public will realize the difference between good governance and vote bank politics bad people will loose their shine.
