it's their laws.....and the laws have been known for a very very long time.

the GCC countries are EXTREMELY strict about bringing in drugs/narcotics --- the penalties are severe. Ignorance of the laws or thinking one could get away is no excuse.

if he intended to bring drugs into the kingdom for the sole intention of quick, ill-gotten gains then what can we say? He deserves the punishment.

There has been an increase of drug smuggling activity from Iran in the past couple of years.
The goverment thinks its intentional , the Iranians want to destroy our youth with afghani drugs.
Iran has 2 million heroin addicts, thats God punishment for helping to bring down the Taliban which caused the influx of cheap heroin to Iran.
Also, they just cought 5 Iranians smuggling hashish.
Lets see heads rolling.

i dont know if its true or not since i dont have the facts; but if true, well, it would be quite ironic

Iran and Saudi Arabia are among the few countries where being caught smuggling drugs/illegal narcotics can yield to very harsh (and similar) consequences --- in the form of losing your head

the Pakistan embassy should provide the man with legal council, though if the authorities there have already determined his guilt -- there's not much our side can do.


it's better to just not smuggle drugs to foreign countries and give #1 country (our dearest country) - Pakistan - a bad name.
