A fearless bomb disposal unit from Pakistan confronts a war that has taken over 60,000 lives since 9/11.

it was a sad documentary . why not gov provide them few billions man . for hell sake they are front line of our defenders . i wish gov provide them better training equipment salaries special training centers and special facilities

.
after all these incident , we become strong nation......

. . . .
We might have an Emmy or even an Oscar winner this year and who cares a rat’s a$$ about that. We are bigger than that. This is not some fake Bollywood story, these are our people, our brothers and sisters, this is reality.

.
No awards or movies can bring back the life and dreams of the thousands that perished.

We should be more interested in bring the people that are responsible for that loss, to justice. Every last one of them

At what cost
I understand and respect your feeling, we have no word to share what we have lost in the war, but if we do materialize all those impacts in cost type then we would have an idea about at what cost:
1) Maintaining law and order. Increased costs of maintaining law and order, including military, para-military, police and associated judicial costs.
2)Humanitarian aid.Conflict affectees, IDPs and refugees.
3)Fiscal costs.Including the impact on revenue and programs for growth and to rebuild society.
4)Economic costs.Reduced investment, the flight of capital and lower growth rate.
5)Social costs. The impact on living standards, including health, education and wider aspects of vulnerability, taking into account the fact that conflict often harms the poor most.
6)Cultural costs.Impact on social conventions and structures, which is often severe and long-lasting

There are some other factors as well which must be taken into account, including compensation to the aggrieved parties and destroyed private infrastructure and expenses. Moreover, the cost of dislocation of population and missed opportunities, along with the psychosocial cost, trauma, loss of loved ones and mental illness must also be factored in such cost assessments.
Terrorism has both direct and indirect costs for the economy. The direct costs include human casualties, „collateral damage‟ to the infrastructure, factories and standing crops; and interruption of economic activities. The indirect costs include the decline in investment, inability to proceed with development work, loss of production time, increase in unemployment and the high cost of supporting and rehabilitating the displaced persons.

I'm not saying it didnt change us all, as a collective nation. Iam merely stating the fact that at the end of the day nothing is more valuable then human life. The state decided not to give too hoots and thus led to the deaths of thousands of innocent people, not counting the army and other services men that gave their lives. When will we wake up to the fact that those so called leaders need to be brought to justice and made to answer for their horrific crimes. After all the blood of thousands of Pakistanis is on their hands.

I'm still sad there is no mega memorial to the people, it should be as big as any other national symbols like minar-e-Pakistan

It helps us shine on world stage and give a face and voice to our people! The world is a community, we will always one way or another need their support in something or another! These documentaries go a long way to counter the negative narrative the enemies sings!
