Two Enginerring team comprising of Universities from Pakistan Center For Advanced Studies in Engineering (CASE) and National University of Science and Technology - Pakistan Navy Engineering College are currently in Singapore AUV challenge to compete with Asia's Best Engineering Universities. The similar competition used to previously held between Asian nations under the name of "ABU Robocon"( land based). In which participating Countries select the teams after holding internal competition in their respective countries. And although the competition in previous competitions the Pakistani teams were not able to win the tournament's. The results nevertheless were very much positive for Pakistani Engineers as with limited facilities and technically no support from government. They were able to defeat teams like Srilanka, India and Russia. Thus gaining new knowledge of professionalism and skills from different Universities around Asia.

The gems of NUST will never let us done, great too hear that they got the better of the Indians and the Russians who unlike the Indians are known for their intellectual and engineering prowess.Kudos to you NUST and long may your undoubted success continue:yahoo::agree::cheers::dance3:

. . . . .
We are good at photography, it means...Gr8 :pakistan:
Lol yeah but also it is a proud moment for our Engineering Community to stand among countries like Russia and China on winning stand :)

Damn Russians get them next time
Lol Russians and Chinese are probably the best Engineering Countries Asia has to offer :D

. .
Alhamdolillah and Masha Allah. NUST is truly at the forefront of science and technology in Pakistan. Best wishes for all future success as well.

That's what I was trying to tell our esteemed neighbors from east and few Pakistani fellows that Pakistani Engineers are extremely good when comes to design and software few days back. But I am then given the lecture of the ranking of universities by our eastern and liberal friends lol :D

Also one thing I wanted to inform you in is that Nust and CASE are completely different Universities. Also rivals when it comes to robotics championship at national level. Few are the below link of videos which show the national level robotics championship held at nust known as "NERC".

But whoever wins in the end it is Pakistan who is winning and sometimes healthy competition is good for grooming and development :pakistan:

Yes I am well aware of the difference my friend and their is nothing like healthy competition, these gems will take us to the next level, no question about it,,,,, instead of churning out useless papers/junk like we see from a certain neighbouring country, these folks (NUST, CASE, UETs....) are actually showing innovation and creativity and world class engineering skills, I suspect it is only be a matter of time before these gems are snapped up by MIT, long may their success and progress continue as their success is our success .Kudos Hammad

NB:Very impressed by the videos.
