Islamabad suffered great losses when it joined Washington’s War on Terror, and in the end the US still pinned the blame on Pakistan for its own setbacks in Afghanistan, Prime Minister Imran Khan told RT in an exclusive interview.

Pakistan took a serious hit after joining the US-led global campaign against terrorism, Khan revealed. Before that, Islamabad had been training the Islamist Mujahedeen fighters, who were “funded by the American CIA” to wage war against the Soviet Union in Afghanistan in the 1980s. But as it was the US’ turn to invade Afghanistan, “these groups turned against us,” he stated.

We lost 70,000 people. We lost over $100 billion [from] the economy. And in the end, we were blamed for the Americans not succeeding in Afghanistan. I felt it was very unfair to Pakistan.

The game is reaching to a whole new level of diplomatic offensive against hostiles. The timing, place, subject & medium chosen to speak through; tells a lot in this regard. Trump was surely lured into a trap by those didn't want peace in Afghanistan which can cost them loss of influence & anti-Pakistan breeding ground. The privatization party along with war lords & drug peddlers as well as hostiles felt threaten due to peace and their designs were shattering hence, detracting efforts. The road to progress in Afghanistan goes through Pakistan and power bloc is well aware of that.

If you're thinking that Trump is working against the American Deep State; you're dead wrong.

No, it is the otherwise thing. Trump & Deep State, both are made to do this.
This whole fiasco is so well orchestrated; people are actually starting to think that the US President is acting against the American Deep State. Right from Trump's election till where we are now.

Yet they forget that the external power played them both at once and succeeding. The key ingredient in this success is called "manipulating through their fears". The same powers lured two nations UK & US into WMDs in Iraq. Front players can't be blamed alone. Just saying.
