Recently, the National Radio Telecom Corporation of Pakistan (NRTC) and Karel, one of the top technology companies in Turkiye, signed a Memorandum of Understanding. Karel's General Manager Yaman Tunaoğlu along with his team was on an official visit to Pakistan and met with senior officials from the Pakistani military.

Subsequently, the integration work on the third MILGEM / BABUR Class Corvette, PNS KHAIBAR (F-282), has been started.
The PN MILGEM project is progressing smoothly without any delays and the first ship is expected to be delivered to Pakistan Navy in August of the coming year.
