Only 11000?

Article here, excerpts below:

At least 11,000 Afghan refugees will be expelled from Azad Jammu and Kashmir which is an administrative territory of Pakistan.

According to reports the Afghan refugees will be expelled under a national anti-terror plan announced in the wake of the country’s worst evern militant attack.

That is sad and not a solution to the terrorism problem.
These refugees have been in Pakistan for too long and should be given nationality and integrated.
They are settled here, have a life and sources of earning. Throw them out and you upset a whole generation for nothing.

Well they are a burden on Pakistan according to most experts -- I've never heard someone of repute argue otherwise.

I wonder why the advise (for example) is not given to Middle Eastern countries. Pakistanis spend their entire lives in the Gulf only to return decades later (unable to obtain citizenship).

Perhaps there are two different scales of Justice: one for Afghans and one for Pakistanis.
