Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has termed violence against Rohingya Muslims of Myanmar as ethnic cleansing and crime against humanity and demanded cessation of violence and accountability.

In a statement on behalf of the OIC at the 36th session of UN Humain Rights Council in Geneva, Pakistan's Permanent Representative to the United Nations Ambassador Farukh Amil called upon Myanmar to allow access to UN Fact Finding Mission in the affected areas and bring all perpetrators of violence to justice.

He urged the international community to provide adequate humanitarian assistance to the Muslim in the Rakhine State of Myanmar and the refugees in Bangladesh.

He said that OIC would come up with initiatives to prevent crimes against humanity perpetrated by Myanmar forces.

Watch: Pakistani protesters demand end to the plight of Myanmar’s Rohingya minority
Pakistan has no real political authority over such international issues. It has been 16 years since Pakistan was duped into a never endin war on it's own borders and nearly 40 years since the fall out of the direct involvement of soviet occupation of Afghanistan. There is very little Pakistan can do. Pakistan is not what it once was when the genocide against the Bosnians was taking place, how Pakistan along with Turkey dispatched their armies to protect the Bosnians.

This crisis have no military solution Bosnian started their war they had man but in this case rogynga have very little man to fight with a well train military , what best we can expect force Myanmar giving rogynga a safe zone with UN peace keepers in their own land .

Sadly, Pakistan is a very poor choice of spokesman by the OIC. Because a good bit of the debate yesterday highlighted the dreadful human rights situation in Pakistan regarding enforced disappearances, Pakistani government-sponsored inflammation of religious tensions, slavery, terrorist havens, nuclear proliferation, and more.
The country has been making efforts to eradicate terrorism from it's soil. You have to
Give them some credit!

. .
It appears the delegates to the HRC were in no mood to give Pakistan such credit.
The problem with White collered men sat in the White House and elsewhere are they start wars and when they going gets tough they want to blame the next brown man for the mess they created. It isn't Pakistan's responsibility to bring stability to Afghanistan or for your sake Palestine since you like to wave the Israeli flag.

So where the f*ck are the Saudis and Iranians when it comes to actually helping the Ummah?

Precisely.

Let the Arabs and Iranians take the lead in these kinds of issues since they're the ones tearing the Muslim world apart with their sectarian BS yet here they are nowhere to be seen?

Who is cheerleading for them.I don't support mynamar.Doesnt negate my above statement about Ummah. You should stop with your ad hominem arguments

Your compatriots have been cheering for Myanmar. Ummah or no ummah cut this cheer leading and take a break.

I am not answerable for them..just like you are not answerable for every Muslim action in the world.
P.S I love ironies..one such irony right now is that it looks like you are cheerleading for the Ummah
