Our relations with Russia are improving massively so won't be surprised if Russia allows China to go ahead with the sale.

But the issue here is IPR -- Intellectual property rights violations

J11 / J 15 / J 16 all are based on design of FLANKERS

Add to it the Engine issue -- they are still powered by AL 31

Why would Russia sabotage the sale of SU 30 and SU 35 by allowing

Now zarwan sir has started this thread I am thankful to zarwam sir because this thread will save a lot of bandwidth and storage, because this is the only meaningful thread regarding new acquisition of paf or for paf.

There is nothing russian in j16 other than airframe design that too was ussrs. Russia just inherited it but we won't go their, china and pakistan can persuade russia easily in this regard.

if there is an agreement as a lawyer I know lots of exceptions and addendums can be added to an agreement by the consent of the parties concerned. In this case china and Russia.
