Pakistan Plans to Produce 24 JF-17 Thunder Fighter Aircraft This year

The topic if you want to discuss it should have a separate thread. So it is relevant to this thread. And by the way the schools, colleges, universities and hospitals you so desperately want opened have done nothing for this country. Dont get me wrong but the aim of 90% of their produce is to run away from this country rather than serve it. So some run away and the rest are driven away. Have you ever thought why that is so?why people do not want to come back but rather stay in UK/USA/anywhere else where they can lie cheat or beg to get in as 5th class citizens and never reach their potentials. In short you need to do a lot more before your universities and hospitals will give you the service that you expect from them. Till you make those changes all the universities and all the gunja and kanrah,s(one eyed one) horse men will put the humpty dumpty that you call Pakistan together again. Now can we get back to the topic. Any further stupid discussions which are irrelevant to the thread will be rated negatively and post deleted. Is that enough?

Araz bhai, That was rather harsh, Don't you think?

Sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind my young friend. I have children in their 20s. Sometimes you need to bring in daddy Araz but only to get the point across.

I read somewhere the PAC Kamra has the ability to produce upto 25 aircrafts a year. Why not fully utilize it? Or will it exhaust our manpower?. And if possible will the JF-17 production capacity increase in the future? .
I know these questions are to be asked on the JF-17 thread. But I can't seem to find it.:undecided:
So I would be grateful if someone could post it's link....
Thanks in advance.

Ok that's very rude and no point to give my answer here. Since, you already warned and telling me you're gonna negative rate the posts. Anyhow, have a great one, sir.

You cant build up number of fighters just like that. There are issues with procuring supplies training manpower and optimal use of it. You cant just build 40 planes one yr and then not do anything for the next 2 years. There are also aspects of testing and quality assurance that need to be satisfied. So the answer is multivariated and has to do with optimal manpower development.

Thanks for your input. And the link for the JF-17 thread?
I have a few questions about the 229 I'd like to ask there.

Question is not legitimate...

There are three very basic building blocks in a state....all three are necessary ...and excluding one will lead to complete destruction...
Education
Law
Defence...

When prophet of islam (saw) died, there was not enough oil in his house to light up a lamp....hazrat ayesha (RA) had to borrow some...
But there were 9 top quality swords hanging on the wall...of every shape and size and very expensive those days...

Its not responsibility of state to run sugar mills railway steel mills banks ....
Thats the fundamentilist flaw of socialism and thats why it failed....
These things are done far better by private sector...
State should only provide law and order, education and defence....

Muslims in their peak days were un matched in all 3....every empire before and after islam including US today or british in near past have excelled in these 3 firlelds ....rest is juat prespectve...

I hope i am more clear now

Not tomention what happened to Caliphate of Corduba, Ottoman Caliphate , Mughals and others.
They spent millions on building tombs, mosques, shrines and other architectural buildings and totally neglect investment on weapons and technology.
The most famous example is when Mughals were building Taj Mahal throwing their entire wealth on this structure, Europe was busy in forming Universities and research work like the ones in Britain, France and Germany.

and those schools hospitals and universities will be run over either by our enemies in east or west or the ones across the ocean....

kindly look at recent pictures of Libya.... a country probably 10 times more rich than Pakistan.... also google Iraq and Syria....

please try to find out how many Syrian children are enjoying their school these days.....

the eunich (heejra ) state without a defence budget cannot exist...

instead of cutting defence should we not cut corruption first?

Sir, I am of opinion that our economy should also do well.
But your idea in last sentence is the brightest, it will instantly generate the enormous funds for such requirements provided that someone should dare to block the corruption effectively and forcefully.
Now it seems that there are some concrete steps in this direction.

Miss the production rate is dependent on the resources that are available. If one has abundance of resources then out put can be increased by increasing production lines or even establishing an entire new production facility.

If you google you can easily find that the F16's were being manufactured all around the world because they demand was such that they required many facilities. even today if the orders are achieved from India then production facility would be added in India.

Quite an Admirable aim :coffee:

Just tremendous how our Air-force has matured compared to where things were in 90's

Need of time even if number stays at 20 but they evolve the bird that will be a great achievement
If you see current block of thunder which is not bad it's way better than f7s but if you take 7 years to just replace some old jets and add 1 or 2 squad against a superior force which holds edge in number and tech you will end up at point 0
Because thunder will in end face mirage sukhoi mig Rafale Jaguar tejas just by firing bvr won't give you edge and 100 f16s won't be able to perform so many missions against so many birds thunder must be evovled on the same level in next 2 years else even if they add 200 birds of block 1 it will be a waste Pakistan needs to catch up and fast
Big problem is money try cheap markets jvs with turkey , China , South Africa , sweden or tot because paf is loosing it's ground even after adding numbers

This serial of JF17 should be continue NG ( 4th 5th and 6th ) along with the worlds latest technology.

Very good news and hopefully they can also increase the export orders.

The above is very well said. All three are key ingredients to a successful state. One will support the other.
I think the game has changed in favour of Education and Law & Order. The western societies put as much energy on education and research as on defence. This research in universities leads to coming up with a better radar system, atomic reactor, rocket engines etc and extension of these projects are then adopted by the civil society for a greater good.

Off topic but If I may: Majority of these graduates will look for two things, employment and law & Order which GoP fails to provide. As long as these are not provided you will keep seeing the people fleeing the country in pursuit of a better life.

Hi,

That is what the mongol Khan said to the ruler of Baghdad when the king asked the Khan to spare his life for wealth----should have a better army---.
