There is nothing in this world that Pakistan cannot do while others can. So definitely Pakistan can if it is prioritised. It all depends on the leadership's will and funding. These machines are not employing some other science, they just use materials found in this world, and follow aerodynamics...the knowledge of which is well established and known to everyone.
Nope.

Good day to you, Tay.
Some other guy from the block said the same for nukes as well,

Good day,
W&P

We can build but needs decades of R&D and billions of rupees which makes it not feasible until private companies starts R&D and develop locally engines and other stuff.

That was blunt.. but to the point.

Fitting the OP question, my mate!

Why, except to avoid the 1-liner rule,
would one take the time to explain the
obvious, like that India began making
a French-licensed helo in 1961 and are
still producing it but can't make a heavy
gunship rotary craft yet almost 60 years
later.
Sure, it's India and IST but if Pakistan got
to it now as our new buddy suggests, half
that time would still come to service entry
around 2050 at best and cost mucho dineros.

Markhoor got the idea of cost & effort as well.

Tag mates, Tay.

what india cannot do does not mean that we also can not do that..

they are also making Tejas from last 35 years and they have both money and resources but that does neglect that Pakistan cannot built fighter jet and example is in front of your eyes.

JF-17 is flying in the air from last 10 years.

btw it is another point that did really Pakistan want to invest in that or they are happy with imported ones and which option is more viable economically and strategically.

The way things work in Pakistan, answer is NO

But it's not that they can't do it. Yes they can, but their system is too much corrupt.
Indian level of corruption is also same as Pakistan,

and both countries are far away from industrial culture, living in old British colonial era.

Iran also didn't start their rotary wing projects long ago and they are building smaller ones. It's not something tech of moon and other universe.

. . . .
Well short answer is NO , But if we have "WILL" then yes we can,,,,,,,,,,, don't need to make 100% things at home , we can do JVs on different things and in the end can have our own custom make also made in Pakistan heli......
We do have requirement for attack heli , break even point is 80 and actual need is 100(20+ Mi-35 are not included) .

Does China have a failed attack helicopter project... which they feel... is not suitable for them... this thread has its answer...
I am afraid china does not have Teja g....... now shoooo u troll........

Guys, we are all happy for the arrival
of the Hind 35s just to quench a need!

In fact, I was on that thread right before
reading this and made the link, you see?

The instant we get our first, imported OFC,
material, someone asks if we could make it.

Darn it, yes we could but no we can't.
Unless all efforts and monies are spent
on it for the next three + decades and
that means no new electricity, no nothing!

Pakistan does not need to make all its weapons.

Good day, Tay.
