That is an excellent approach, and the only one that all countries must follow.

Problem lies with action.
No Political party will say they dont care about country but its action will show otherwise.
Problem lies the Elite Class of Pakistan which includes the power holders, polticans, military top brass, Business man, people who hold top dollar do not care about the interests of middle class Pakistani.
Let me explain in a simple way.
What happens if you have a fair judicial system, a decent educational system.
Where Middle and lower class are educated and some what active in whats happening in the country instead of just be happy today that they dont have load shedding and food , rent price is affordable, they will start to raise issues when people in power do some shaddy stuff ( no country have 100% free uncorrupte society ) its just human nature, but people themselves have little power because of media, social media atleast can make some changes and can stand up when something majorly wrong occurs in that country.
Compare this to any other country in last 1 year Pakistan have lost few hundred soldiers doesn't matter if they are FC,
Have you seen a single statement from anyone including military top brass , or politicians ?
In last 2 to 3 Years
What has happened with PIA ?
Plane crash, fake pilot license, have you seen anything actually change on ground or someone took responsibility.
Dont even talk about the state of LAW.

Let me put in a simple terms Pakistani life means nothing for world or the rulers of Pakistan, no one is coming to help, you will not see any change,
Blame lies with each single Pakistani themselves, its society is rotten to its core

This is the sad reality, this happening not just in Pakistan but everywhere and nothing will change.

I.e. carrot for corrupt politicians and... Stick for the slave dalit population... Of course this strategy works best for inferiority complex corruptible nations more... Mostly morally corrupt Muslim nations...

Those requests are likely to be agreed upon, and are therefore being kept low key. What is being vehemently denied is not asked for or needed, and the denials are just for public consumption to create the image of resistance.
