I remember few movie scenes where TV channel's got hacked by hackers and passed the messages to the public and government.

But, never though that it could be real as early.

Reality is more likely this was a hack. The question is how long it ran and what steps did Dawn take to bring this down immediately and what are they doing to make certain this does not happen again. Also if hackers were able to penetrate their live broadcast systems, that is a major breach. MAJOR!!

The real irony would be if they come back and say it was not a hack and we were wishing India and our Indian viewers a happy independence day. If that is what comes back from them, then Dawn is beyond the pale.
