China's success is just plain hard work , the people come in morning they want to get stuff done , and they honestly put in their 100% to get job done.

In Pakistan , we have the contractor culture where contractors take their time , and after initial bidding to do work in 3-4 months , in reality after extensions the time frame becomes 5 years.


Partly why the Production Level in China is higher is they are not afraid if they will have stuff to make tomorrow , they know they will make 1,000 ships so they are not worried , in Pakistan , they get 1 contract to make 1 ship and then people slow down , and claim , well lets work slowly till the next ship order comes.

Just look at Al Khalid Production numbers , we had this design since 1990 but what is the production level ?

We would usually hear about it near it's induction in PN. Surface ships are easy to stop and can be found by satellite images but in case of submarines there are built under shelter.

There were annually 250,000 Chinese students studying in US, India has about 25,000 and we had about 2,000 back in 88' when i was in US and this number was growing.

Imperial College London, at one point, had to redo its entire kitchen to cater for Chinese food since they had so many Chinese students seeking degrees there. And they used to come for a two years masters and end up doing two master in two years!!

No country in the entire human history has progressed so much in such a short time!!! ye log khate kia hain?? Agar koe real khalaee makhlooq hai tu woh Chinese hain!!!

In Pakistan contractor is thinking if he over performs , then next month he will not get salary so will intentionally try to delay the work

Mola Bakhsh is the reason behind their success. Stringently controlled way of life with little liberties give people no choice. Pakistan mein bi jahan Mola Bakhsh hota hai sab kaam Perfect hota hai. Moral of story Insaan jahan bi ho danda peer hai unka.

The 054A may not but perhaps the 054A/P will. btw, look at the model, they are located on top of the hanger just aft of the funnel.
