None sense ..India tested 4 fission bombs and 1 thermonuclear bomb.Nor has India - India's tests all fizzled. As of now, India does not have thermonuclear weapons capability.
Pakistans weapons designs worked. They decided to adopt fission bombs for the first set and they all worked.
India attempted thermonuclear - and they all fizzled out and failed.
Facts are a pain for India and you it seems..
All fission bombs were a complete success.
Even if accept your assumption that Indian fusion bomb fizziled instead going thermonuclear.(which has been proven by Indian government, that it didn't)
India acquired tonnes of data from the test and corrected any mistake in its fusion bombs design.
Where as Pakistan has only tested low yield atomic devices and never tested any thermonuclear devices..has no data to design or improve a thermonuclear device.
Pakistan has only 5 atomic devices more than India (Indians nuclear devices have much bigger yields)..India has more than 4 times the land mass and 6 times the population of Pakistan.
So the amount damage India can inflict on Pakistan in nuclear terms is much more than, what Pakistan can do to India as a nation.

..why has it not been inducted as of yet..it has been 4 years.
