You need to put in some thought for it to sting (when it doesn't happen).

• 36~40 Su-35 with scaled-up Zhuk AE AESA radar ($4 bn)
• 3 S-400 batteries ($1.8 bn)
• 9 S-350 batteries ($2.2 bn?)

You see ... that is realistic enough to occur if not for Pakistan's structural fiscal issues and shaky governance. But you know it isn't going to happen because of those issues, yet it could otherwise. That's what hurts!

IF SC gives its danda to NAB and it actually does it job, imagine the wealth that Pakistan can get from Nawaz and maybe Zardari too. These purchases would than look peanuts. No?
