No. Indian courts are slave to BJP gov and strictly tow extremist RSS ideology in which there is no protection for minorities, freedom of action or speech, criticism on corrupt system, and room for independent decision making. No court can decide outside this pre-determinded sphere.

As far as performance is concerned, the entire idea of "performance" of a typical indian is supremacy of hindu race and hindu culture over other minorities and subservience of other minorities. As long as an extremist is there to deliver it for the indian people, they consider him performing. I will not deny polarization of caste politics and hindutva fascism after BJP came to power.
