Sindhis are in terrible shape.....if you take out Karachi from this equation because of its overwhelming non-sindhi population than it looks very bleak for them.

Really happy for good gender parity in my region we need to replicate the same methods in low literacy regions
Why is Lahore not even in top 20?

BUt why do Sialkot,Chakwal,Mirpur have higher gender parity than Islamabad?
The strangest and worrying thing is low gender parity of Lahore we assume Mardan has issues but its ranked higher than lahore
IT should be a wake up call for Mughal badshah of Lahore

AJK is close to taking no 1 spot
But we really need some solid investment in infrastructure of ajk and for that we need to relax alienation of land law so that non locals can invest

Because we have not resources and proper education infrastructure.
But our people have talent and passion to rise.

It has more to do with corruption because AJK budget on per capita basis is similar to other regions.
