A relative of mine was successfully treated by a radiologist from Pakistan (and his Indian-born assistant) when other physicians failed. I asked why he didn't stay in Pakistan and he said there was no facility for him to practice at. I bet my eye teeth he'll be rolling his eyes if he reads this.

That is incorrect. There are some very good facilities in Pakistan for interventional procedures now.

A lot of this targeted violence is simple ransom/bhatta demands disguised as sectarian issues, although the shia-sunni divide is also at play in certain incidents, no doubt.

If there are 'more' of such incidents then report them here chronologically, so we can deduce a pattern here....... we are also living here, and have seen no such thing.......

For example one doctor being shot dead in Bannu is no biggy, as 40 others including Teachers, Engineers, Beggars, Bums and businessmen also get shot in that city............ it's just the nature of that city, since even before Pakistan..........

On topic, you just have an axe to grind with whole of Pakistan......... reason maybe you failed your FCPS plenty a time maybe, or just maybe you didn't like someones face...... you are a very complex person with severe personality disorders.....
