The nation has been striving in grief since yesterday after one of the deadliest terror attacks on the army jawans took place in J&K's Pulwama. Around 40 brave soldiers of our nation have been martyred in the cowardly attack. Everyone from the deepest of their hearts has poured in condolences and support to the families of the jawans. Bollywood and the entire Indian film fraternity has also joined the chorus to condemn the cowardly attack on our soldiers.
Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut, who is riding high on the success of her latest release 'Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi', has cancelled the success party of the film which was arranged for tomorrow. The actress has cancelled the party in solidarity with the martyred jawans and their families.

Kangana condemned the terror attacks and said that Pakistan has not only violated our nation’s security but also attacked our dignity by openly threatening and humiliating us. The actress urged we need to take decisive actions. The actress also added anyone who lectures about non violence and peace at this time should be painted black, put on a donkey and slapped by everyone on the streets.

Earlier, Javed Akhtar and Shabana Azmi turned down an invitation by the Karachi Arts Council in the aftermath of the dadliest ever militant attack on the nation's security forces.

Talking about Shabana Azmi and Javed Akhtar's decision, Kangana said that people like them are the ones who promote Bharat tere Tukade honge gangs. The actress asked why did they organized the event in Karachi when Pakistani artists have been banned after Uri attacks. The actress accused now they are trying to save their face.

Kangana also said that the film industry is full of such antinationals who boost enemies morals in many ways. However, Kangana said that right now Pakistan ban is not the focus, Pakistan destruction is.

HIGHLIGHTS
  • Kangana Ranaut has severely criticised the Pulwama terror attack.
  • The attack by a suicide bomber in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama on Thursday left 40 CRPF jawans dead.
  • Kangana said it is time for us to take decisive action instead of being silent.
India was left shaken when 40 jawans of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) were killed in a terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama on Thursday afternoon. An explosive-laden SUV rammed into a bus carrying soldiers, leaving Kashmir with one of the worst terror attacks ever.

From Shah Rukh Khan to Salman Khan, the attack has been condemned by many celebs from the industry. In an interview with an entertainment website, Kangana Ranaut too criticised the attack.

She said, "Pakistan has not only violated our nation’s security they have also attacked our dignity by openly threatening and humiliating us. We need to take decisive actions or else our silence will be misunderstood for our cowardice... Bharat is bleeding today, the killing of our sons is like a dagger in our gut; anyone who lectures about non-violence and peace at this time should be painted black, put on a donkey and slapped by everyone on the streets."

Like many Bollywood celebs, Shabana Azmi too showed her displeasure over the event. The actress, in fact, turned down an invitation by the Karachi Arts Council, citing the attack on CRPF jawans.

Talking about Shabana's move to opt out of the Karachi event, Kangana said, "People like Shabana Azmi calling for halt on cultural exchange -- they are the ones who promote Bharat Tere Tukde Honge gangs... why did they organise an event in Karachi in the first place when Pakistani artistes have been banned after Uri attacks? And now they are trying to save face? The film industry is full of such anti-nationals who boost enemies' morals in many ways, but right now is the time to focus on decisive actions... Pakistan ban is not the focus, Pakistan destruction is."

Recently, Kangana cancelled the success bash of her latest film Manikarnika in solidarity with the martyred jawans

Why can't you guys take action against these indian bots playing mind games here at PDF? All you see from this bot is Pakistan bashing news from mostly bharti propaganda papers or international papers quoting bharti officials. Why is this allowed?

Woah this hyper nationalism has even got into the heads of artists who are known as peace ambassadors.
