Those are Pakistani arguments and hence Pakistani tactics. India is very clear Pakistan abducted Jadav from Iran. India has owned up to Jadav being an Indian citizen as well as an ex-naval officer. So the onus is on Pakistan to prove that Jadav is a terrorist which it has not been able to prove to the world. Pakistan planted the passport on Jadav is what everyone will assume.

Ajmal Kasab videos are available in Youtube...so may times he used the word "Bhagwan'....like 'Bhagwan maaf nahi karega'...no Pakistani uses the word 'Bhagwan' in his talks...leave alone a Jihadi.

So just like Jadhav was travelling with a fake passport with ID of Hussain Mubarak Patel, it is very easy for India to issue a fake Passport to Ajmal Kasab and call him a Pakistani.

But India had declared that it won't accept ICJ jurstriction on disputes with common wealth countries. Now india is breaking it's own declaration. Chances of ICJ staying any capital punishment or execution is very strong and almost 100%, initially, the reason is death sentence is perceived as brutal, inhuman and against human rights in Europe and all of European Community has abolished the death sentence.

So Pakistan need to get away from ICJ verdict by citing the jurisdiction clause or act like US and Germany...who went with the punishment even with ICJ verdict against them.

All of those Pakistanis were not soldiers or ex soldiers.
Why would a governmnet issues it's soldier, whose identity is under governmnet restricted record be issued fake passport. a soldier or ex soldier can not leave his country for sometime with out an NOC from government.
And pre mature retirement is what Pakistani pilots did in Arab israeli wars to get disowned even if they get caught. So go and fool some of your fellow indian(if you find one with brain).

Point is besides a fake passport and a confession tape Pak has no real evidence. Thats why a fair trial will never happen. When presented with this 'evidence' in a dossier form- neither the minds at the UN, nor the EU bought this when Pak tried to smear India with terrorism allegations. You however can keep believing what the ISPR and Pak media feeds you, or try and use logic.

The onus is on Pakistan to prove that he is a spy/terrorist. So far there is Zero evidence to prove he did anything wrong. Anyone can be abducted from anywhere and forced to confess anything with passports being planted on him.
