I am glad India has not made public the Capture of Col Habib unlike Pakistan. They can execute Jadav but it will now have costs.

LOL. Ajmal Kasab was apprehended in the process of killing constable Tukaram Omble. He was caught with his weapons with many eye witnesses to his killings. You don't have any such evidence on Jadav. Also, I have forgotten the number of times Pakistanis have cried false flags when terrorists with Pakistani passport have been found arguing that these passports were planted. This even when terrorists were killed within Pakistani soil. So no one here is a green horn and we are all well used to the games Pakistan plays.

Now once access is ordered by ICJ, the case will get world wide reportage and compel Pakistan to prove Jadav is responsible for these so called killings which it can't. The reason its dossier was rejected by UN and everyone else it pleaded its case with.

by predicting some future scenario and that too foolish one that Pakistan will be compelled by world media to prove him innocent clearly shows that indian knows his fate.

Those are Pakistani arguments and hence Pakistani tactics. India is very clear Pakistan abducted Jadav from Iran. India has owned up to Jadav being an Indian citizen as well as an ex-naval officer. So the onus is on Pakistan to prove that Jadav is a terrorist which it has not been able to prove to the world. Pakistan planted the passport on Jadav is what everyone will assume.

Kasab was caught red handed with Video evidence of his crimes for the whole world to see, Kulbhushan was not. Without counselor access and only a confession video under"military detention". It is entirely likely the case against him is entirely fake. As for passports, since when did Pakistanis start believing in Passports, Until now Pakistanis used to laugh at any terrorist caught with Pak passport. All of a sudden it is enough evidence to kill him ?
