But can you give me any examples from your indian side where your players have faced any ban? The fact is your indian players were never banned even if they have done some illegal things, why? thats because india has an influence over ICC.

BCCI have influence on ICC. But not in the level of defending a cheating player. Show me a case where Indian player was not punished for cheating or fixing in international level.
