Pakistan went to USA for a similar deal US has India and was denied.
They went to Australia for a Nuclear deal after India signing one with Australia. Again Aussies didn't care.
What makes Pakistans case clearer?!?!? The biggest suppliers of Nuclear fuel in the world denied a Nuclear deal with Pakistan. Then again, what do Pakistan have for a Nuclear deal. They don't have much Uranium deposits neither Thorium deposits. NSG is an export control regime. Including Export of Nuclear fissile materials, and Technology of reactors. Neither of which Pakistan have. By the way I didn't mean any offence to Pakistan but, what's the point in taking them in.

the truth of the matter is India can't get into the NSG till China keeps pursuing the pakistan cause. either both countries join the NSG or none. simple as that

It's all about politics and nothing with criteria, safety records, proliferation, etc. India is not getting in without Pakistan getting in, so these two countries should stop trying to outflank each other and work together on getting into NSG.

Boy, first learn how NSG works. It works on a Consensus basis. Any laws should be made in that way. China could've blocked the deal. Because the deal requires an NSG waiver. These are not sanctions.
