-Not possible to have one child policy in Pakistan as it is a religious country. It is not China. Also see consequences below if one flirts with nature.

No where in the world do people want millions of dark skinned Pakistanis. At the most temporay workers like in saudi.

Most Pakistanis are lighter than Saudis

Also most of Saudi Arabia was built on Pakistani muscle. The local Arabs even hire foreigners to play on their football teams. They hire white people to use their brains to get the oil out the ground.

Even if you want to export labor, please export skill labor.
My suggestions will be eastern European countries, Russia, Japan, South Korea, Turkey and Azerbaijan. We already have big labor force in Middle East. Kuwait has finally lifted the banned on Pakistan so Pakistani labor can apply for work visa.

East European countries won't no part of foreign immigration
Poland for Poles, Hungary for Hungarians is the rallying cry of some of their political parties

Russia, Japan, South Korea ?? try visiting them

See what it did to China.
It will take them 15 years to correct it.

I will love to have China's problems. It is like saying I have to pay taxes on $100 million I earned last year.
