LAHORE: Pakistan on Saturday broke Argentine’s world record of national flag hoisting simultaneously by most number of people.
The flags were hoisted by as many as 60,000 youngsters at the Lahore’s National Satdium in presence of Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif and other provincial ministers.
A team of the Guinness Book of World Record was also present to verify the world record.
Earlier, in Argentine 49850 people had set record by hoisting their national flags.
