No sir, I am an illiterate in all the languages. For pakistan , jinnah might be important but not for India. Even gandhi for that matter of fact is just one of the better known freedom fighters among the hundred others. Gandhi got more prominence due to his non-violence principles. In India we simply dont attribute winning freedom to one person it was a collective effort and the idea of creating gods out of ppl does not exist.

Pakistan's claim is based on "NATIONAL HERITAGE" basis. not some "personal claim".

Don't think those claims hold any water in courts. Though Pakistan is free to try it.
