Amen. But then again except for the Brahmaputra, does any of your other rivers flow down to other nations ?
The Mekong river that supplies most of SE Asia originates in China too.
But it's generally not a problem. China has plenty of water, for example 95% of the flow from China's largest river (the Yangtze) goes straight into the Pacific ocean.
If it can be harnessed, like with the South-North Water Transfer Project (currently under construction), we'll have more water than we could find a use for.
