Twice the cost per hour, but look at the size and capability on offer! :D

Depends on the priorities of those that will use it. They have demonstrated that they practically don’t care beyond their specific power timeframes.

Fair point, but perhaps we can launch a fund-raising account for a Muslim Nuklear Kuntrole Jet. That ought to keep it funded for the next several decades, at least. Think of the prestige!

(Although, going to Saudia in this jet to beg for more money would pose a problem. Maybe not a good idea after all? )

For the US and Russia with vast territorial spaces and multiple assets spread out from ICBMs in the heartland to Subs on patrol off Vladivostok to B-2s at Aviano.. at made sense to have redundant platforms that can coordinate whatever the President’s football says to do.

For Pakistan with 200 odd declared/undeclared assets which are never mated until the last minute… the existing Satcom/terrestrial link combo with VLF for an undeclared undersea asset is enough

Looking to create a dedicated PAK-1 with sufficient range instead of commandeering PIA flights. The rest is just wishful thinking..

I don't think we have seen PIA airraft pulled out in the last 4 years, have we? the Gulfstream was used mostly, with a refueling stop some times.

But we all know, Mian sahab ko poora tabbar lay jana ka shauq hai, so perhaps the added space is required.
