India is already on war with Pakistan, The war is not nessasarily to be fought with full scale weapons, Strategy, alliances , deterrence by buying advanced technology etc.. makes enemy talk to you on your terms.

Dossier had info about both of them , d u expect head of an organization like Hafiz saeed giving command to ajmal kasab in Mumbai? It is sad to see how people like Hafiz Saeed go on and spread so much hatred all around ! To add to that, so many people out here would just love to fight wars. What will a war result in? How will killing innocents help? Will the terrorists die? Let us say that some do......Will the attacks on Indian soil stop?

We should create a system which makes such attacks difficult if not impossible. We should protect our nation from within. We should make sure we don't put terrorists in jails only to be released later! We should prepare for any external threat by building a strong military. All this to make sure that we NEVER HAVE TO FIGHT A WAR!

Not the GoP. But the legal courts are convinced that he is innocent untill proven otherwise as there is no evidence and just because Bhartiyas say so thats no evidence.
