WASHINGTON: The White House spokesman, Josh Earnest has noted that the relationship between Pakistan and US was ‘quite complicated’ and got more so after US conducted a raid into Pakistan that killed Al-Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden.

In a media briefing, Josh Earnest said US relations with Pakistan, particularly on national security, are ‘quite complicated’, adding that over the past eight years such ties could not remain smooth persistently.

The spokesman said he could not give any response on the accuracy and tone of the conversation between US President-elect Donald Trump and Pakistan’s Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.

He added that Trump’s team would be contacted for clarification in this regard.

Replying to a question, Earnest said, “Once, President Obama had expressed his wish to visit Pakistan, however, due to some reasons he could not visit there.”

In the past, every US President sought advice and benefitted enormously from the expertise of the officials at State Department before meeting with world leaders, he said and added that Donald Trump would also do so after taking charge.

He said that there were dedicated experts and public servants at the State Department that had years of experience.

You would think they would send ground forces into Pakistan after the OBL hullabaloo. He was after all Americas most wanted man for 10 years. That alone shows how complicated it is.

in other words UNCLE SAm cautioning Trump to change the trajectory :p: i hope trump will not bow down to these experts of establishment, fire all of them and bring in new, like minded ppl...at some point trump guns will turn toward Washington Post,NYT + few experts on meda channel..Trump will lock them up,no more Divine Beacons of Change.

Simple.... Americans Objectives are AGAINST Pakistan... Our objectives are same... and no agency or Army anywhere in the world go against its own country or in its own interests. Technically, American Indian support in Afghanistan is against Pakistan's interest. Both countries have different objectives.

It is sour grapes for Obama and his team. What Trump only said in his first phone conversation is something that Obama couldn't do in his entire 8 year term. Obama was only India's friend and totally neglected Pakistan. Obama has killed innocent women and children in drone strikes. Obama has played double games with Pakistan. Obama has been a hypocrite. Obama's disgraceful downfall was only a matter of time. The people of America have disgraced and humiliated Obama by electing Donald Trump. In short, they have rejected Obama's policies and legacy. In Pakistan, Obama will always be remembered as a killer and an Indian worshiper.

LMAO at: "He added that Trump’s team would be contacted for clarification in this regard."

They are not even in touch with Trump. Trump is going to undo Obama's terrible legacy. Obama and his team are sweating like a pig.
