I don't know how much of what you allege can actually be pinned on India but its a terrible thing, playing with those snakes has proven to be a bad idea for Pak.. easy kar dia enemies ki liye to turn them on their handlers.... the Indian hand angle is pure conjecture and speculation but... Broadly speaking, though, I think India has done pretty decently taking care of insurgencies and terror.. but we have to stay frosty, a horrible event could be just around the corner. Kashmir has been tamed mostly, our jungle commies (naxals) are an ongoing nuisance, Modi Ji made a deal with the north east guys:

In Pakistan’s interest to get it’s internal house in order. Once an inter institutional balance can be achieved Pakistan can be on a path of growth trajectory. One doesn’t need to be a rocket scientist to understand the most powerful institution is the source of major issue. First step is to recognize the problem, which has been identified. Over the course of few years, this problem will correct itself.

J&K issue is a complex one. Indian army with its state terrorism has managed to control the rebellion. To each their own. Few decades down the road the LoC has to be converted into IB, there is no way around it. India won’t abide by the UN resolutions no matter what and gradually they’d crowd the Kashmiris into a minority. Barring a miracle, nothing will change.
