They still continue to kill innocent women, children and men by bombing them mercilessly.

The operations are taking place in areas where there is heavy presence of terrorists, their workers and informants.

They usually mix in with the local population, many of whom who have been displaced because of the situation.

These are some of the tactics they use to get away from any punishment. They usually proclaim themselves to be innocent or unaware of anything when these same men are part of the militants who would kill others without remorse.

All these are classic terrorists propaganda tools to win sympathy and they have been somewhat successful.
