According to the Pakistani pilot interviewed JF 17 did extremely well against supposedly much better plane. They would have never printed this had they not interviewed the real pilot involved in combat.

BUT what can be disclosed is, like many PAF battles beofre, the one on the 27th of Feb 2019, will be used as a benchmark, and taught in fighter schools.

Is this not a rehash of the alleged interview given by a PAF pilot which was later proven to be wrong.
This is not new information. So why have we got a thread dedicated to a single unvarified interview. Please do correct me if I have assumed incorrectly.

There is nothing else to refer or study to in modern air battles where adversaries were equally matched in capabilities of resources used. Shooting down of 4th gen fighter with BVR was also a unique event.

Well you are entitled to your opinion, but I would like to respectfully disagree.

How the correct use of AWACS, EW, Decoys, & BVR gave an opponent with numerical advantage, not just a broken nose, but a face so mangled, it is unrecognizable.

Yessir indeed---how I wish there were 4 -6 other aircraft in the package deal---.

There was the scorpene and the other info is that the indian aircraft carrier was in target as well---.

Please see if you can verify the aircraft carrier part---.

People have no idea about air warfare... It is not just the pilot and the machine.. I want to say a few things but I'll control my urge because I may end up giving useful info to the enemy but one thing is for sure that Feb 27 was a bigger victory than it appears to us.
