Wars don't get started over a single SAM attack. India downed your atlantique just after the war, Turkey downed Russian plane, Ukraine downed a passenger airliner...... nothing happened. There will be lot of chest thumping aggressive patrols, lot of LOC violations, suspended air traffic for few months and then back to normal. PAK or INDIA, no one has appetite for real war they just want to score points over another when opportunity presents itself. So yes there will be a SAM in the back if you fly OVER siachen and no war afterwards.

Pakistan will just deny the crash as due to technical failure and contest Indian claim and will not retaliate openly. India gave Pakistan a opportunity to retaliate like they always wanted when surgical strike took place. Whether fake or real it was a golden chance to show India its place with no international repercussions, but expectedly Pakistan flatly denied it ever took place thus wasting away a chance.
