Outrage over Lakhvi but not Swami Aseemanand?

This "confession" seems to be reported by Tehelka which is a well known anti Hindu/ Anti BJP magazine. Other news sources picked from that that magazine.

I will take this news with a bucketful of salt. I have faith in the NIA and ifthis swami is guilty he will be punished. India will not shield terrorists

Case against swami Asimanad was fake. Police could not find any evidences. Even US has indicated some Pakistanis for the Samajauta express case. While Lakhvi and saeed are declared international terrorist by Interpol.

I completely get the outrage over Lakhvi and that one bad act does not deserve another. However, I would like to hear from the Indian diaspora here on PDF, to a valid counter argument from the Pakistanis.

That being, why are they being judged on their judiciary's decision to grant bail to Lakhvi. When the Indian judiciary granted bail to Swami Aseemanand?

This gentleman confessed to his involvement in Samjhauta express where dozens of Pakistani citizens were burned alive.

Swami Aseemanand is not guilty! CBI under Congress has deliberately framed many like him. Please see his statements in front of NIA officials.

In my opinion, if Indians and Pakistanis are not satisfied with others judicial proceedings then both governments have to agree upon trial of Samjhota Express convicts in Pakistan and Mumbai Case convicts in India.
This method will help sort the differences and reservations.

In Pakistan, People like Hamid gul who openly tell the story on TV of how they created and supported the terror outfit are not terrorist so long as they continue to do that against India and other nation.

So continue to do that. Release Lakhvi and support Hafeez said denying their involvement in terrorism if it help Pakistan. The whole world understands that. If we put moral issues aside for time being, I am highly doubtful weather helping Lakhvi and sayeed helps pakistan to achieve any of its objective.
