I don't think there is much of a "hindu bashing " in PK. Even worser movies with "hindu bashing" as sole objective were made by bollywood. It's a pretty Average movie/ slightly good movie.

Based on a police complaint filed by Meena Kamat from Panaji, accusing the film 'PK' of hurting the sentiments of the Hindus, the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS), a rightwing Hindu outfit has demanded an immediate ban on the film for “hurting sentiments of Hindus by ridiculing Hindu Dharma”.

The recently released film ‘PK’ directed by Rajkumar Hirani has Aamir Khan in the lead role.

The police complaint said that the story of this film is supporting ‘Love Jihad’ and a Pakistani Muslim youth is being glorified in it. It alleged that the purpose behind producing such a film is creating confusion in Hindus’ mind and urged the police to register a case of crimes under section 153 A, along with 295 A and 34 and this film should be immediately banned.

Its a good movie for self introspection/correction for Hindu masses who are misguided by the So called Godman ... People should be unperturbed by such movies(OMG N PK) n i believe our faith can accommodate such criticism in positive manner.... No need to make hue n cry ....

have you seen Oh My God ! its something similar but less direct and full of extra sweetness !! There is no Hindu bashing but a bashing of all organized religion .

When I saw the movie the muslims were shown blowing up a railway station and killing a very memorable character, I wonder what this 'not showing bad side of muslims' is? The whole theatre was laughing when that reuniting with Pakistani guy scene happened. That looked really lame.

They never say muslims did it though, do they? Just some "kaum"...
