PRELUDE:
Up till 1946, all the parties that ruled the present day Pakistan were not in favour of Partition like the Unionist party in Punjab,Congress in NWFP,Progressive ML in Sindh and the Nawab of Kalat in Baluchistan.During the Great wars the bulk of Royal Indian Army constituted the martial races of northern India(mainly Pakistan). The impressed British were reluctant to relinquish such an obedient and highly trained asset in haste. Also they needed a buffer zone to stop the ever expanding RED BEAR to the warm waters. Finally the rapidly growing Muslim aspirations of India and the British Establishments thoughts converged resulting in the Landslide victory of Muslim League in the 1946 elections(divine help!!!!!!).
After the creation of Pakistan we were left with the Muslim league ideologists lead by Quaid e Azam and the remnants of British Establishment(turncoats,Generals, bureaucrats).Unlike India, Hazrat Jinnah found it hard to his surprise the insolent behaviour of the Establishment in all matters. In the early 50s the baton of the weakening British Establishment was handed over to the Powerful Americans.During this period Pakistan changed nearly a dozen PMs resulting in the first Marshall law in 1958.
To cut the story really really short most of the politicians from 1949-2019 were labelled as thieves, traitors and killers etc including Fatima Jinnah,Mujeeb,Bhutto,Nawaz,Bugti,Wali khan,Benazeer,Bizenjo,Achakzai,Gm syed and many many more. The political turmoil lead to the loss of East Pakistan,Siachin,Kargil,Haji pir pass,Shaksgam Valley, sir creek etc.
Many in Pakistan now believe that enough is enough,we need to become a normal country. The media, judiciary,ECP,parliament and all the institutions need to be free. The Motherland at the moment is divided right to the middle, with everyone firmly standing to his ideology.Pakistan maybe on the cusp of a soft revolution!!!.
O.R.B.A.T Pro Establishment Alliance
Most of the present day major political parties trace their Genesis from the Establishments nursery. Some rebelled during the course of time but some still remained loyal.Currently this Alliance is led by Imran Khan Niazi, with the following Parties and groups allied to it.
1)Pakistan Tehreek e Insaaf(PTI).
2)Pakistan Muslim League(Q).
3)Mutaheda Quomi Movement.
4)Baluchistan Awami Party.
5)Pakistan Muslim League(F) GDA.
6)Fringe Parties like PAT,TLP,SI,MIM,AML and others.
7)Hamid Khan group of Lawyers(Lahore Bar).
8)All PCO Judges.
9)Musharaf Loyalists in the top ranks.
10)Pro Establishment Media houses, anchors and social media.
Currently this alliance has been winning all the battles in different fronts for the last few years. One by one they have taken all the strategic milestones like media control,Govt control, judiciary control and the opposition control etc.
O.R.B.A.T Anti Establishment Alliance
This Alliance comprises of Parties and groups who believe that all the ills of this country originate from the meddlings by the Establishment in the last 71 years. There is no clear leader to lead it at the moment and also there is also a lack of trust among them.Following are the parties and groups that form the alliance.
1)Pakistan Muslim League(N).
2) Pakistan Peoples Party.
3)Jamiat e Ulema Islam(MMA)
4)Awami National Party.
5)National Party Baluchistan.
6)PKMAP.
7)Baluchistan National Party(M)?
8)Other fringe parties like PTM,JI and others.
9)All lawyer bars of Pakistan.
10)Major trading and transport associations.
11)Dwindling media houses, anchors and social media.
12)GB and AJK governments.
The only Trojan horse in this alliance is PPP. If the Establishment give them some relief they may neutralise the whole movement!!!.
CONCLUSION
Nothing can be said about the unpredictable Pakistan politics. Surely PTI govt will continue to give the anti establishment alliance new ammunition on a regular basis. Next week is crucial where the numerous court dates and the budget is coming. No one is showing their cards yet but different analyst are predicting a Mother Of All Battles in the offing. I for one believe that the establishment regrets the comprehensive failure of the Project PTI and feels cornered. Will they relent their hold easily is any bodies guess. I do foresee some troubles brewing.I hope every sane mind in Pakistan sits down and settles the issues between the two schools of thoughts before its too late.
