Opinionated - Chechen fighters in the battle of Kyiv and the new world order

Hi,

Since 1945 the US has changed the mindset about " winning a war ".

They are NO MORE into winning a war
.

They have brought something new to the table---a war with tremendous damage inflicted to the opponent and when the enemy gets neutered, then just step back and walk away.

1. vietnam: even decades after war ended---vietnam was no more capable to fight a war after decades. It may severely be hindered mentally

2. Iraq---a nation decimated by 2 wars may think 10 time to get in a war in the next 30-40 years

4. syria---is in the history books

5. Libya is in the history books

The wars that have not been fought on US soil----technically are not wars in the old warfare sense.

What is happening now and the way the wars are being fought---is the new face of war.

I say again----US military machine is something that MONSTERS IN YOUR NIGHTMARES are made out of---a ruthless killer---a brutal invader---an endless destroyer and all that happens is on YOUR SOIL
I hear you. It makes sense from the point of view of recent events. Whether it is a correct analysis or not is a deeper question, and while you are right to raise the issue, a final decision will be taken on the character of these wars only decades, maybe even scores of years later.

That's most likely because the meaning of the term "Winning" had changed

In the old days (like Roman old) winning a war is when you conquer a land, and take that land as yours, and you defend that land until you are defeated. That is the definition of winning.

Problem is, war aren't fought like this since a long time ago, even during WW2, the term "Winning" is not gauged by how much land you took, because you have to give it all back to France, Netherland, Belgium and so on, which mean you are just a tool to recover those land, more like a creditor chasing a debt. Well, at least this is our side, The Soviet? They kept what they took.

When people said to me we "lost" the war in Afghanistan. My response is "Lost? What can we possibly win in Afghanistan?" I mean, it's only natural, if you lost, which mean you had the chance to win something, but what can we possibly win in Afghanistan? We are not there to conquer their land and take it as ours, we are not there to settle in that land, I mean, when we took the entire country, we gave it back to the Afghan government. We don't send in the American to settle that land and make it our 51st state, instead, what we were doing is play a giant game of whack-a-mole. When Taliban peek his head up, you smash it with a hammer. And when he duck back down, there are nothing you can do, because you can't and you aren't allow to chase them over.

At the end of the day, the question would no longer be "What can we possibly win" but rather, "What are we doing here?" You have to have a goal for you to focus to keep on doing what you are doing, but after we invaded and conquered the entire country and gave them back to the Afghan, and killed OBL, what was our objective there? What is our war goal? There aren't one, well, I stand corrected. There is one. Which is to see how many Taliban you can kill in that wrack-a-mole game, for us, killing Taliban is not a objective of war, it rather become a sport. a thing that you keep tab on, the daily report always include how many insurgent you had eliminated. How many bomb factory you have destroyed, how many IED you had discovered. We don't chart our progress by how much we have won over the local, or how much progress to delineate Taliban in a region.

So what is the war goal? We don't know, and perhaps what we were doing over there can be summed up pretty well with this clip from the pacific.

So when I was asked why we lost Afghanistan? My answer is, what can we possibly get in Afghanistan??

Kadyrov has played a masterful game. He is showing himself to be an upcoming powerbroker in Russia. But pretending to be a Putin bootlicker, he looks like he has Putin by the balls now. With the Russian armed forces disintegrating in Ukraine, the Chechens will emerge as a strong force.

I am more likely to believe reports that the FSB purposefully ratted out the positions of the Chechens north of Kiev. There are obvious Russian patriots in the FSB who know Kadyrovs game and likely want him curtail his power.

Many see Putin's adventure in Ukraine as silly and a danger to world peace. But there is a different dimension to it, as some suggest it may be an emergence of new world order. For long the West has been devastating and destroying many Muslim nations on the pretext of democracy and peace. The emergence of China and Russia in recent times has put a check on further Western adventures. The rapid defeat of the West in Afghanistan should not be seen in isolation, as many in the loop know that some groups of the Taliban were fully backed by the Russians and the Chinese. In doing so these powers skillfully eliminated uncle Sam and his cronies from their backyard.

The question arises how can the Taliban be trained and equipped by the Russians(their former sworn enemies). The answer is very simple, the Taliban never had any issues with the men of their own faith and ideology, the KADYROVSTY(Chechen Mujahidin). Like the Taliban the Chechens fought the Russians in the past, but now they are the best of buddies.

The Russian attack on Ukraine has met with stiff resistance and suffered heavy losses. To speed up the offensive Putin has asked for the help of the battle-hardened Muslim Chechen mujahidin. Two days ago many thousands gathered in Grozny(their capital) and wowed to take on the Western puppets.

Many sources say around 70000 Mujahidin will assist in the assault.

Some of the Muslim units have already reached the outskirts of the capital of Ukraine.

From Afghanistan to Ukraine the West is on the retreat and with the alliance of Muslim Mujahidin certainly the odds are in the favour of the anti Western alliance(Russia and China). The audacity shown by Putin will certainly send shock waves to Taiwan and India, as Xi might be contemplating moves of its own. PM Imrans visit to Moscow will have far reaching effects for good in our region.
Ukraine really is a Muslim region and Chechnyans have every right to fight for it:-

Islam was formally introduced to Ukraine when its Mongol rulers, known as the Golden Horde, converted to Islam in the early 14th century. The fragmentation of the Horde in the late 15th century gave rise to the Crimean Khanate, a state ruled by the Tatar descendants of the Mongols.15 Mar 2022

But that's precisely the question that needs to be answered first.
In another part of PDF, some of us are simulating a war.
Traditionally, India Pakistan 'wars' (none lasts for more than 21 days) were focussed on capturing as much acreage as possible, totally pointless, because at the end, in weeks 4 through 60, these were all given back.
So we (one side) changed war aims.

Like any bully America will continue on this path until it can be hit at home. There is absolutely no reason for America to change its tactics when life at home is normal

Afghanistan in retrospective:

US/NATO wanted to dismantle Al-Qaeda Network and this mission was accomplished.
Afghan Taliban returned to power with support of Pakistan but Afghanistan is in very bad shape and continues to haunt Pakistan.

There is not much to celebrate in our case.

PM Imrans visit to Moscow will have far reaching effects for good in our region.

1. PTI-led GOP is toppled.

2. Russia is heavily sanctioned.

The headlines made in the Western media tells the story of the fear the Muslims have on them.

Chechen hype evaporated fast.

LESSONS

1. WE (Muslims) should learn to be humble.
2. WE (Muslims) should not be in hubris.
3. The WEST is in the process to regroup and reposition itself for global affairs.

Well, Carl Von Clauswitz once wrote "War is the extension of Politic" that probably is true back in 1800s when he is still alive, war is a pure war, winning and losing dictated the political will of yourself and your opponent.

Today, War is no longer and extension of Politic, WAR IS POLITIC. People use war as an political aim, to achieve political goal, which mean war is no longer a pure war. instead, war is just a tool to achieve your political goal, more precisely, your foreign policy.

Which would have been fine until like Politics, there are just so much back and forth arguing, compromising aim that basically restrict your war. Which mean war are no longer purely to defeat your enemy, but rather, how to achieve your aim while look good. Well, at least this is what the west is looking.

So, in war, we go from "We must defeat the Taliban" to "Help Afghan build a democratic society" Which you would ask, as a soldier, "What kind of objective is that".? You are doing a set of objective while restrained by your own politician and then once your objective is complete, expected nothing because we are going to give them all back to the local.

That's why this war is very fascinating, at least for me. As a soldier, this is the kind of war I want to fight in, because it is total war. Without the Politic Bullshit, mainly because Putin control his own people, so there are no need to play politics, and their goal is to take as many land as they could and the Ukrainian goal were simple too, they want these people out, and their goal is clear, and if they can't do it, they lose their home, their city and their country, which is everything, this is the kind of war motivate people to fight. That's why I will say the Russo-Ukrainian war is a Soldier's War.

Well, I sometime hope our country don't have these political Bullshit on war, if that is the case, we would be unstoppable. Now nobody need to fight a war with us to "Win" a war, just let us do our thing and when we get bored, we bug out. That is no way to fight a war. The US Military is very good at fighting, and killing, but the government is soft (regardless it's Dem or Republican) if we don't care about about politic and international opinion, we would have conquered half of the world right now.

There is a joke when I was in Iraq after we took Baghdad. And asked to relinquish control of the city back to the Governing Council and took down anything American (like Flag and stuff) so that we does not look like an invader. The joke was,

"Would Trajan give back Mesopotamia to the Parthian because the Roman don't want to look like invader here??"
