We can fix our own PC's in Pakistan.

And Pakistanis don't buy anything from Amazon.com

so we Pakistanis don't need you.

So get lost, we don't need you.

You need to give credit where credit is due. India is the call center superpower. Why would other country need to build call centers if we can out source all call center jobs to India. They even have people that cannot not speak English answering calls from America and English speaking countries. No one else can top that.

Call me a pessimist but the fact are:

>The PA doesn't want relations to improve or they'll be out of a job.

> Hafiz Saeed doesn't want relations to improve or he'll be out of a job and lose his clout.

> The Difa-e-Pakistan a conglomeration of 40 militant anti-Indian groups wouldn't want relations to improve as their cash registers for donations mostly used for personal aggrandizement would come to a grinding halt.

> Kashmir would be put on the back-burner which would put hundreds of mercenaries from across the border out of a job.

The PA would like to keep the pot boiling at least till 2014 until a puppet government is installed by them in Afghanistan to attain their 'strategic depth' after which they would weigh the situation and then decide...Until then, it would be more of the same. There are too many vested interests at play for relations to improve.

We have nothing to gain with improving relations with India. The enmity with India works in Pakistan's favour. I like things as they are and all this talk about Improving relations and expanding trade is utter nonsense. The benefits of Trade accrue to India and not Pakistan so please stop trading. I prefer trade with 'China, Europe and America.

BTW, in our trade with the USA and Europe we have a Trade Surplus.

With India we will always have a Trade Deficit and they will be sucking life blood out of us.

Close the borders with India Permanently and build a deep and wide TRENCH along the Indian Border.

Keep India away from Pakistan. This is why e created Pakistan - to get away from these guys, remember ?

bro, i am praying 5 times in a day for your wishes to come true

We will always keep Pakistan in the loop because we know that...

1. Any agreements with Pakistan is not even worth the paper its signed on. (Because their Govt is not the one that holds the power - its the PA).

2. The only thing that we expect from Pakistan (terrorism control) cannot be given by Pakistan so why bother discussing anything else.

3. Pakistan is in a huge mess financially and internally, no one can guess what will happen in a years time.

Islamabad, July 8 (IANS) The onus is on the Indian leadership to demonstrate its commitment to far-reaching changes in the Pakistan-India relationship, said a leading daily Monday.

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's avowed intention to move forward on improving ties with India has manifested itself in the meeting between newly appointed Track-II point man, Shaharyar Khan, and Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, said an editorial in the Dawn.

"Early days yet these may be, but it is a good sign that Sharif seems both committed and willing to take up where he left off in 1999. Of course, as the Pakistani prime minister and Khan will be aware, times have also changed since the last time the PML-N (Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz) supremo attempted a strategic breakthrough with India."

The daily noted that while Sharif has political capital to spend after his strong showing in the recent general elections, Manmohan Singh has "no such luxury".

"Hobbled by various crises and scandals at home and seemingly on the ropes against their BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) rivals, the Congress-led government in India has little room to manoeuvre ahead of next year's elections," it said.

"Second, in the post-Mumbai era, the Indian government will still want some kind of gesture from Pakistan to help put that traumatic episode behind it. In essence, that has come down to either expediting the trial of suspects linked to the Mumbai attacks or muzzling the anti-India ****** leadership that roams Pakistan freely," it said.

The editorial wondered how much progress will be possible in that fraught environment is the question at the moment and "real diplomacy and statesmanship will be needed to overcome the tension".

The daily went on to say that the "Pakistani establishment's reluctance and recalcitrance notwithstanding, particularly with the post-2014 Afghan scenario at a critical stage of being shaped, there is also an onus on the Indian leadership to demonstrate its commitment to far-reaching changes in the Pak-India relationship".

"...Singh has declined repeated invitations to visit Pakistan in recent years; a visit that would have gone a long way in improving at least the optics of the relationship."

It said that if a visit is still not feasible for the Indian prime minister, "perhaps his team handling relations with the Sharif government should seek to establish a dialogue process that factors in the possibility of a change in government in India next year".

"...the Congress-led government has options to ensure the sustainability and continuity of a dialogue with the Sharif government. As ever, statesmanship is the necessary ingredient, one lacking for far too long on both sides," the editorial added.

LOL!!! hamne thekaa le rakha hai rishte theek banaye rakhne ka ?? tumhari marji hai... dua salam karoge to zawab de denge, nahi to bhad me jao

India has nothing to gain by getting closer to Pakistan. The present status is good enough for us. Why should we be ones who are always expected to forgive and forget and move on, while Pakistan continues to play their dirty games. Pakistan should be made aware that they are being made accountable for their actions. Hit them back wherever and whenever we can.
Not playing cricket with Pakistan is a good strategy. We can see that it is really causing pain to them now.
If it was upto me, I would even scrap the Indus water treaty..

Exactly what India has done to the perpetrators of Kashmiri genocide.

There has been no genocide in Kashmir. A genocide is what happens when you kill millions like the Pakistani Army ordered its soldiers to do in Bangladesh.

In case of violation of Indian Army rules, the soldier is under court martial and sentenced, and there have been numerous cases when this has been done.

On the other hand, if Pakistani's keep loving and encouraging their true Islamic duty of Jehad so much that they cross borders to kill Indians, it will lead to bad consequences for Pakistan...examples of which are galore in Pakistan.

In Pakistan's Official diplomacy there is no place for non Muslim Kashmiris. I read the Pakistan Studies books(it was a compulsory subject then, not sure if its now as well) and Kashmir is mentioned to be basically another Islamic land occupied by Indians. No mention of the origins of Kashmir or its history or the Pandits. They are just not there. So even if the Pandits are brought into the equation later they will be given the status of non-Kashmiris. No wonder in Azad K, there are no Pandits left worth the salt.
Not Kasmiri genocide but you should have made it clear that muslim genocide because kasmiri pandits genicide is hala and accepted in islam. Is not it ?

No need to explain. It is just muslim genocide he is talking about. According to him Kashmiri Pandits can go to hell and it is acceptable in islam to kill the Pandits. You forgot the slogans like Rhalib, Ghalib and Chalib and Kashmiri Pandits, leave your woman and property when you leave. These are acceptable things in Islam. You should know that.

Pakistan need to open its market for India in order to maintain friendly relations with india. :p

That trench is a great idea. We can cut down our cost of keeping army at LOC for preventing infiltrators. Let it be deep and with mines. We can even fund part of its cost.

Trade/relations with india are unacceptable

Pakistan is almost a 200 million people market, a economic revoloution in Pakistan is just around the corner (the problem it is taking so long to get even the basics right), at somempoint however this massive market will increase economic growth

Will it be of benefit to both nations to have strong economic relations, of course it would. India would have a massive market on its door step to sell to, there could be joint ventures creating immense profit in a range of fields from the auto industry to raw resources

The simple fact is we are enemies, and you dont allow an enemy a foot hold in your nation. Trade relations could be used for alterior purposes, and if relations suddenly became sour we would be hit with problems if we source products from india.

It is better to grow economically and have trade and other relations with countries other then india

It is only a matter of time to the next war or flare up
