True. The Chinese seems to to far better at 27.3% rural. Of the 700 Million rural population 125 Million seem to be using Internet there. But I don't think it's some Measly minority there.

I think the map gives Internet penetration in China, not how China looks in real. So, whatever the Map says is what it should be saying and the area in control of China.

I don't think India has the capacity to build a national network. We must exclude India's unstable areas. And India did not even popularize the 3G network. But most rural areas in China have popularized 4G.

You are not making sense. I just asked what is wrong with the map of China. It's what normally what they give, to show China's internet penetration, it shows the area controlled by China. Not claimed. You don't need to be sensitive of every map that is put out on internet and policing it.

And yes, India has poor 3G and 4G connectivity. But we are not stuck, in terms of connectivity. It is improving at a sustainable rate.

In China's Sichuan Province, the area is 3000m above sea level. China can still realize Internet communication. And WiFi is full lattice!!
