Excellent move by the government of Ontario to officially recognize and remember the genocide of Sikhs in India. I know the similar efforts in Alberta and other provinces. Hopefully it will be recognized by the Canadian government soon.

Alot of anti Indian feeling amongst Sikhs yesterday

I haven't checked today and I don't know when the anniversary of 1984 is but Indian hindu extremism has stopped them from seeing the wood for the trees and they are snarling at everything

Lately I've been seeing a lot of stuff on the internet about Khalistan and the promotion of a Sikh identity > Indian. I don't know how strong the sense of independence is among Sikhs in the Punjab?
