Nisar is a serial liar and never does what he commits to in his hours long sermons ... at every major incident he commits to thorough and whatnot investigations that would be made public etc and as soon as things calm down he pretends as if those incidents never happened and never talks of the investigations he committed.

As for NADRA, speak with those working there. FIA's extortion for money practice seems to have become a norm!
