The one in the middle is Indian NSG, the two either side of hims are US Secret Service.

The NSG uses the SIG 552 as a sniper/marksmen rifle. You can see the rifles have telescopic sights and cheek rests, it is clear what their intended role is. The men with Mp-5 are the spotters and commander of the unit.

This is a sniper team.

and a bi-pod stand.

Yet none of them seem to be carrying any sniper equipment.
