No, first we will show you the buffet of investment opportunities, and then we will give it to Japanese; it always has better BURNING effect!! :D

Yes it is such a burn that India had to come and beg us to build HSR, which they could not do by themselves. :P

It will be even more of a burn if we get $32 billion of your foreign currency. We'll throw it on the pile. :)

If you could have done it yourself, why are you begging us to do it for you?

You think we need $32 billion, with our $4 trillion currency reserves?

Whereas India can't even find enough money in their budget to make the initial payment for the Rafale, which is only around $1 billion for the initial down payment.

We are not the one begging here, your leaders have come to India to "Sell" Chinese products, almost begging for an opportunity to invest in India, while stupidly poking us on the border issues through incursions.

Good luck with your excess and unused manufacturing capacities, we would rather grow with Japan, they are our long-standing partner. :)

You can see the goodwill Indians and Japanese like @Nihonjin1051 share even in PDF, compared to the mutual mudslinging Indians and Chinese engage into. :)

The King Pin came to India to see whether or not you can afford the HSR project. I bet he was either shocked of India's current state or convinced you guys can managed to pay for it. Imagine if both China and Japan ain't gonna do the project, i think no words are needed

recently there was a thread from chinese, why India treat them same as pakistani and others while giving visa.
this show how indian perceive chineses.
and to be precise your low cost base is eroding and will continue to erode further, which in turn will slow u further down.
yes we have a non favorable trade, but do u really think it wll go like this for ever. :)

LOL, our currency reserves alone are over $4 trillion. That is more than double the Indian GDP, in our currency reserves alone.

It's a drop in the bucket for us. But India desperately needs foreign currency to plug their enormous current account deficit every year, otherwise they will have to take loans and further increase India's foreign debt.

So thanks for the $32 billion. :D

project has been stuck because of french reluctance to accept few conditions s hard for you to disgest :D
But the major bone of contention is French aviation major Dassault's continuing reluctance to accept responsibility for the 108 fighters to be built by HAL as far as liquidity damages and timelines for production are concerned.
This has stalled the finalization of the project for several months now. Drian, on his part, is slated to hold delegation-level talks with Parrikar on December 1 during his two-day visit to India. "

lol... in your saying, if currency reserve was every thing. then US $ is the hard currency and they have 17 trillion of it.(in GDP terms.)
how does it matter.
loan and debt are instrument to fund. and being a finance student u must be knowing foreign currency is only for external trade where as debt and loan can external as well as internal. and mostly major loan of govt. comes from its own public.
I expected better from you buddy.:china:

you're grasping at straw with your stupid come back. Government work differently. But if you really want to know, it's because we want to control you so we offer you cocaine (loan), you take it and than you want more (loan)

:cheesy:

Your product is not selling well. You need to spice it up with financing and so on. :smokin:
