The only country which will feel the wrath of any attack on NK is SK, it will set back developed SK at-least 40years with heaps and dumps of collateral damage never seen before, am pretty sure neither USA nor SK will be willing to take that risk, not to say what China might do knowing USA are on there backdoor.
