In an absolute unusually step north korean state media report that a new build skyscraper collapsed with hundreds of death. The desaster must be enormous that even the north korean media report about it. Normally something like this is never reported. The media report the building had 23 stores and several hundred families lived in it and are now missing in a gigantic hill of debris and rubble.
The regime apologies and says that construction minister Choe Pu Il did not care enough for security and that there was virtually no supervision.
If you take into account that north korean media never report bad news something extremly horrible must have happened...
