Is that not the basic premise of an equitable taxation regime. Besides, India is still socialist to the core.I have read in a report that, for every 100 Rupees South India give to the Center as a tax money, it get only 46 Rupees in return as a development expenditure, while Uttar Pradesh get 173 Rupees for every 100 Rupees it contribute. Bihar, Rajasthan and other northern states also has same story. They contribute less but get subsidized by the South Indian's tax money. This is a massive exploitation of the hard working, educated and disciplined South Indians for the benefit of the backward Hindiwalas. It is like the British colonialism all over again for the South.
The idea of India may seem like a miracle to you Bangladeshis, but let me assure you in coming years you all with be bedazzled even more.
