I think @WebMaster should act as president and current mods like ECP, with general users being voters.

We suggest mods, the current mods see how the user performance is (post history, warnings sadiq and ameen like personetc) and then select few are sent to webmaster who makes the decision.

Occasionally there's huge backlog of reports and can't get in touch with active mod over a user with constant abuse. So it'd be great to have few more mods!

I also think we should have some more international mods. There is much about ppp vs pti vs pmln stuff going on, so in order for mods to act impartial, international mods (like indians) will make a good choice.

I nominate @nair . Thought @levina is good choice too, considering her interest in Pakistan and good non offensive posts.

Democracy doesn't work when the native population is out numbered by foreigners. Look at Western Europe.

every Defence Group(Like Pskistan Defence,Chinese Defence,Bangladesh Defence etc) here has a mod of its own nationality,except Indian Defence.it'd be great to choose some impartial member here as MOD.
